Christine and I finally managed to get our hands on a Wii Fit a week ago, and have been doing the excersizes half an hour a day, for the last week. (Minus one day that I skipped.) While it’s still too early to say that the results are overwhelmingly positive, there definitely is results being shown, for both of us.

My BMI and weight have both already gone down, and I’m well on my way to my “goal”, according to the system.

What’s more noteworthy than just plain BMI and weight numbers, is that I feel great. Sure, the first few days my muscles ached, and I was in a lot of pain, but now a week later, I feel fantastic. I feel healthier, and that’s amazing after just one week.

I’m going to continue doing the workout routines (and thus trying to beat my high scores on some of the games), for the next three months, at least half an hour a day, five days a week, and see what type of results I get.

If you’re looking to get healthy (not necessarily lose weight), and have a Wii, the Wii Fit is totally worth the $90.
