I'm moving away from them for this specific reason. They're terrible about pretty much everything. They don't give you backups (especially if they're moving you to another MySQL server), luckily I take my own, nightly, in case something like this were to happen. You <em>may</em> be able to get them to restore stuff, but I found it's just easier to restore your own backups, if you have them. They <em>might</em> restore your stuff for you, since they lost it, without charging you. But I sincerely doubt it. Do yourself a favor, start looking for a new host. You’re correct. I am with them, just lost all my databases and I can't get a whole of tech support and I can't find my DB Backup, like an idiot I only backed up once.
