They don&#039;t give you backups (especially if they&#039;re moving you to another MySQL server), luckily I take my own, nightly, in case something like this were to happen.

You &lt;em&gt;may&lt;/em&gt; be able to get them to restore stuff, but I found it&#039;s just easier to restore your own backups, if you have them.  They &lt;em&gt;might&lt;/em&gt; restore your stuff for you, since they lost it, without charging you. But I sincerely doubt it.

Do yourself a favor, start looking for a new host.</description>

I am with them, just lost all my databases and I can&#039;t get a whole of tech support and I can&#039;t find my DB Backup, like an idiot I only backed up once. Did they have backups of your stuff or were you just good about keeping your own db backups? -lh</description>
